I seem to remember a thread on this, but search is ridiculous...
What's a supplier for Allen Head pin plugs.
I just got reminded I want them, I had to get out the hand impact wrench for one on a job.

Thanks

That's OEM... not looking for those...I forget who posted it, but had the same with an allen head instead of the flat screw driver type.

Look for M10 x 1.0  x 8mm flat point grub screw.   Multiple sources are available.  Some of the suppliers had minimum orders and expensive shipping.  Mine came from an eBay seller.

That link will open using the eBay app.  I removed it. Try this

Have you tried a local hardware store like Ace?

Any type screw will do. I've used a short hex head bolt before. I see it as a "plug" to keep dirt out and to lock the caliper pin so it can't back out.

Almost pulled the trigger and clicked on buy now, but with shipping came out to 6ish bucks apiece....
Nnnnooo! I'll live with the OEM.

Tried Lowes, no go, try ACE next....

That's the instructions I followed when I had to replace mine:

https://web.archive.org/web/20190702140524/http://valkyrienorway.com/Techpinplug.html

I took stainless bolts and polished them to chrome like finish.

I'd say if you use anti seize it shouldn't matter what style of head configuration when loosening again. Its definitely an area of great corrosion and filth.
