Hello the from Texas!
I have a slight rattle/rumble coming from my belt area that is constant... Seems to smooth out a bit with acceleration. Should it be silent? What should I check? TIA

When my Valkyrie was new-to-me I thought there was some rattle/rumble coming from
around the timing belts. Daniel Meyer has an InZane session where you can bring
your bike and ask questions about it. I asked him about my rattle/rumbles at the 1st
Johnson City Inzane and he dismissed it. So did I, for 75,000 or so miles, finally
I (https://www.valkyrieflatsix.com/) changed the belts and tensioners.

Do the belts, tensioners and pulleys all look good and can you hear it louder with the cover off?

Not offering any advice, I don't pretend to be a tech.   But, will admit I was initially confused by the description.   I couldn't figure out what she could have in her pockets making a rattling noise.   Obviously, wrong "belt" location.  Wink

Maybe its the "Buzz Bolt" you are hearing?
There is a bolt within a sleeve that goes across the two frame down tubes and is known to "Buzz", I think there is a write up about it in Shop Talk, look for the article "Got a Buzz". Might be worth checking.

If the Buzz Bolt is tight, you might check the belt tensioners by spinning them to see if they are smooth or the bearing inside is making noise.
