soooo, it was misrepresented LOL

plan:
- new rubber - lookin hard at metzlers but still reading (toyed with DS but not gonna this time)
- all new pads and flush the system eleventy billion times (best manufacturer?)
- replace rotors (pretty thin and believe they are warped as well - manufacturer? OEM?)
- new seat (ultimate - had 4 of em previously)
- remove and sell next to new cb that p.o. installed (less weight and I ride silent anyway)
- super valk the old gurl Smiley

I wonder if anyone still talks over CB up here on the Island lol... would be interesting to find out.

'only people I know of are four wheelers and even some of them are switching to vhf lately - bottom line - i don't even want the intercom system that came with bike and will be letting that go as well - wife needs to pee - wife taps my shoulder Wink

The intercom on my wing was wired through the radio. Yours is probably the same. Just keep it and don’t use it.

It's funny how I think "yeah, CB radio, too complicated, one more thing to go wrong, get rid of it"...

Meanwhile, everyone around us is driving literal devices - iPads on wheels - with so many unwanted, un-asked-for, undesireable 'features'... that you can't get rid of. Ever.

Other week I rented a car. Went to put it in reverse, and it automatically turned the radio down.

Free electronic mother-in-law feature! .... "Turn down the raaaaadio! You have to paaaayy atteeennntion"

  that would be a nice feature for looking for an address. I have to manually turn mine down so I can see better. lol.
