Sorry, no not me.  Disco and I rented Ducati's 5 years ago and rode up to Stelvio pass, but it was closed for surface repair,  We REALLY wanted to ride it!!!

On our trip this year we were going to do the Stelvio but it was closed just hours before we were to get there because of an avalanche had to reroute to Switzerland not a bad alternate.

I did a similar move doing a u-turn on the Talimena Scenic Parkway in Oklahoma few years back... Luckily there were no cameras to capture the moment.

(But Kali was following on my other Valk, and I think it was at that moment that she realized for the first time ever that her dad was fallible when it came to operating a motorcycle, after thousands of carefree miles on the back seat of one with me at the controls.)

Been there done that in almost exact situation on the Spirit at night with momma on board. Definitely humbling for sure.  Undecided
