Interesting opportunity…

“ Investor Puts $1.3 Million Phoenix Mountainside Home Up for Grabs in $10 Raffle”

$1.32 million Arizona estate is being raffled off, giving one lucky winner the chance to own a luxury home in the Sonoran Desert.

The 4,140-square-foot property, located on a mountainside lot in North Phoenix, blends architectural drama with the natural beauty of the desert. Originally built in 1995 by its current owners, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has never before been on the market. A full remodel updated every detail with premium finishes, transforming it into a modern estate while preserving its unique character.

The raffle is being hosted through Raffall, where tickets are available starting at $10. Bundle options are also offered, and the drawing will take place Dec. 30, 2025. If the minimum ticket sales are reached, the home will be awarded. If not, the winner will receive 50% of the ticket revenue in cash.

Set on 2.5 acres, the estate offers sweeping desert and mountain views from nearly every angle. The split floor plan features soaring ceilings, expansive living areas, and multiple balconies designed to take in the more than 180-degree vistas.

“ To award the home, this raffle must sell a minimum of 213,334 paid tickets, each priced at £7.50.
If the minimum is reached:
The winner will receive full legal ownership of the property
The title transfer will be completed through licensed law firms coordinated by Raffall, using a process similar to a standard Arizona/U.S real estate closing
If the minimum is not reached:
The winner will receive a cash prize equal to 50% of all ticket revenue
The home will not be transferred
Either way, one lucky entrant is going to win big.”

I live a few miles from this area of the valley. I can’t imagine the electric bill in the summer. No thanks for me.
