I'm about to change the gear oil. I believe I need 150ml.
I currently have these two on the shelf.
Could I use either of these or should I be getting something else?

High or Low Viscosity Index needed?

If conditions are not constant (variable loads, variable speeds, variable ambient temperatures, etc.), then there is a need for not only the optimum viscosity but also a high viscosity index to stabilize the optimum viscosity. The more variable the conditions, the greater the need for high VI oils.

The only way I'm able to reply to that is the manual says SAE 80. I ride in normal temperatures from 10°C in Spring to possibly, if I go down to Southern Spain...35°C.
So, sorry, I'm none the wiser
Will either of my two oils above suffice? One is GL4 Mineral and the other is GL5 Semi Synthetic.

Never went to oil school but have never had a problem with gear oil. Put in the GL-5 and ride!

Yes, weather extremes encountered on a motorcycle do not warrant any concern about
Viscosity- pick one of your stock oils and ride!  angel

+1 on the GL5. The exact volume isn’t as important as the fill point. Level the bike and fill till it runs out the fill port.

If you drain and fill the drive when it’s off the bike you don’t have to make a disgusting mess by overflowing it. Synthetic lube will last tire to tire
