I would like someone to take over the Louisiana VRCC site.  Preferably someone who lives in Louisiana.  I don't feel I have what it takes to continue since I moved to Arkansas after Katrina.

Hi Jack,

I can do it if nobody else wants it.  I am at a computer all day anyway and have experience, I am the pagemaster for several sites at work.  Just email me with details and such.

It would need to be OK'd by Strider but I would appreciate it.  Contact me and I will give you the password once we have asked Strider.  You might want to rebuild the entire site but that would be up to you.
If someone else is interested, please speak up,

Thanks for stepping up to the plate Donna!  cooldude

I have no problems with you running the website whatever.

I would ask a favor of you though.

I appreciate Jack's efforts more than can ever be known first and foremost!!!  Thanks Jack, you were the one who called me to ask if I wanted the State Gig with all the honors and money involved and everything!  Grin

Your efforts with the Louisiana website have been outstanding and each and every member of the Louisiana VRCC thank you from the bottom of our heart for your efforts!

Donna, if you are going to take over the reigns as webmaster, I would ask that you give us a new look.  Remember that Louisiana is fun, but also that we ride a DRAGON.  Give your artistic skills a run......and let's see what you can come up with.  (Like I really like the logo in Jack's signature)....Be sure to stress the Valkyrie....She is one of a kind.

Jack, again, thanks for all you did for Louisiana my friend!  You will be missed.....

But like this new board, change may be good, so WELCOME SUGARBEE as the new Webmaster!  Stretch your legs and let's see what you can do!

Thanks again Jack!!!!!  You are one of a kind buddy.....

Ok Sugarbee, breath some new air into our website.

I am excited to see what comes out on the other side of your efforts - I know you will make us proud!  Just pass a large time doing it.

Let's see what your creative magic can devise - good luck and thanks again for helping sister.....Now, go get um!

 cooldude cooldude cooldude

PS - Donna, if there is anything I can help with, let me know.....

Stuck in the house - no power yet at the base.  I worked in a Portacabin, so my office survived actually - the three portacabins back there - let's just say, we are going to REALLY get to know each other.  They are shipping containers that have had a floor put in and a couple of holes cut in the wall with a window AC.

Let's see, we have 6 offices in there with 2 kinda long tables in between 4 of the offices.  Ummmm, there is going to be Me, the MWD Coordinator, 2 Well Planners, 3 Administrative Assistants, 1 R&M Coordinator, 3 SAP Support personnel, 1 FSQC and a Log Analyst in there......Glad I used DIAL, wish everyone did!!!!  Grin Grin Grin  WAIT - We just hired another Log Analyst, so that makes 14 people in 3 Portacabins.....Sure hope I don't get gas! HEY, THEY DID IT!  Evil

Oh yeah, 14 people in 3 portacabins without anything to eat or a place to get rid of it (if ya know what I mean)  tickedoff

The Loo's were in the main building.

Talking about maybe power tomorrow (but they have said that since Sunday) and maybe communications day after.

We will see.

By the way, the Grand Poo-Bah of the Great State of Louisiana would like to welcome the latest officer to the high position of web master laurete, Sister Sugarbee, and she is now granted all monies, royalties and glories of her new position and we welcome her with open arms.  Can I get a Harumph?  Harumph!  Harump!  Hey, I didn't hear a Harumph from that guy!  HARUMPH!

Welcome to the insanity of becoming an officer position of the great state of Louisiana VRCC!!!!!!

Can I get a second?

Second!!!!

Who is on third? Grin

Again, thanks Donna!  I know you will make us proud!
