ya know, it's not that bad
no phone, no TV, minimal nagging (heck, she may not go on it!)
from the construction and ammenities pictured, there can't be a mortgage.
no one to complain about noises caused by escaping gas!
not much freeboard but the waves on the river probably don't get too high.
All in all, I can think of worse ways to go.
Now, put the plans on the web for a minimal fee and sign me up.
