I see the price of the rooms that I understand, but what are some of the other costs? Registration fees, group meals, that sort of stuff. I've never been, so just trying to figure out how much the week is going to cost.
Thanks

$48 for registration ($87) per couple.
Registration includes a Joe Boyd memorial shirt, an InZane pin and the Saturday dinner (unless you wait too long to register.)

$15 for the poker run.

$16.99 for an event shirt.

$10 each for grand prize raffle tickets.

$1.00 each for tons of stuff raffles.

Four days of Valkyries, VRCC, pool parties, and great rides -  Priceless!

Thanks for the info. Willow   may have to break into the piggybank but plan on being there. Sounds like too much fun to miss.

Phil,

It was nice meeting up with you in Independence last weekend.  Make sure to get to Inzane, it is worth every cent that you'll spend there.  I went for my first time last year and had a great time.  I plan on being at every one in the future.

Day passes at $12 per.  Day passes do not include a packet or the Saturday banquet.

Banquet tickets purchased outside of the full registration are $24.

The more I read, the more I realize I don't know- banquet, poker run....  Is there a schedule of events somewhere?  Is there a list of things that are included or free, things that are available for extra $.  Surely all 600 riders don't do the same thing everyday- are there rides planned.  Do you have to sign-up?  I know there are clinics and vendors.  I assume there are tourist things to do outside of biking.  Sorry, I've never been.  Some of these answers will help my wife decide if she wants to come with me.

The registration page will tell you what's included.

There will be a couple (or three) group rides and a selection of self guided rides in the registration packets.

Tourist things to do will abound in the area as it's a vacation destination, albeit a small town in the woods.

The Saturday night banquet, a Joe Boyd memorial shirt, and an InZane X pin are included with early full registration.

Additionally you'll want to purchase raffle tickets to take part in the excitement as we give away TONS of stuff each night and then MEGATONS of stuff on Saturday.

You'll want to do the Poker Run for our selected charity at $15.

Tech sessions and rides are on a show up basis.

She'll want to come.  She'll make friends and have a great time.

Actually, I should be doing something else right now, but I'm anxiously awaiting a particular event's presentation on this board.

Alright, I give up.  Where's the registration page with all the info?  I know actual registration hasn't opened up yet, I'm just looking for the page you referenced.  Maybe this is on the "page," but what's the cancelation policy?  What if I register for two and end up being one?  What if I register for one, and end up being two?  (Am I driving you crazy yet?  Not intentional, just the way I am.  You can put me in a room far away from yours if you want.)   Roll Eyes

Bring her, JetDriver.  My wife will be there.  Quite a women show up.  It is NOT a males only, or almost only males, event.

I am booked, get in the room next door!  Then she and Charlene can get together.
