I'm extending the cutoff date to have your registration fee until 10 April

This date will match the shirt cutoff ordering date of 10 April

You can still register for the event after the cutoff of 10 April...but...you may not get the FULL packet (meal ticket, free prize ticket, name tag, etc.). you CAN NOT order shirts after the cutoff. all shirt money and orders for shirts must arrive by 10 April!

about a third  of you that have registered, have NOT paid yet. you kow who you are    don't make me print a list    

now, go register. A FEW ROOMS ARE STILL AVAILABLE I BELIEVE. I may have one or two even open up at THE Ground Zero? i'll post if i do.........

You know the usual drill....we don't ship (except on RARE occassions)....you need to come to the rally....or if you can't make it at the last second, have a friend pick your shirt(s) up....etc.

Lady's short sleeve (that's right, i said LADIES: they are a different cut with more of a "v neck" and shorter short sleeves...and tend to run A LITTLE SMALLER than the size listed) S-XL are $18
2XL are $19
3XL are $20
Color choices are lavender,  pink, and blue.

Men's SHORT sleeve shirts sizes S-XL are $18
2XL are $19
3XL are $20
color is grey (only)

Men's LONG sleeve shirts sizes S-XL are $22
2XL are $23
3XL are $24

Shirt cutoff and registration cutoff is 10 APRIL!  That's just "around the corner". After 10 April, you can register, but it will cost you $20 (at the door) instead of $15 (in advance). After 10 April NO shirt orders will be taken.

      I have a favor to ask will you make sure that you have both mine and Paul Mull's registration fee's and also check to see that I have a XL long sleeve shirt paid for. I just stamped the envelope for another shirt a XL short sleeve for Paul Mull and will have it in the mail in the morning 3 / 22.

You should have $30.00 for registration ( Joe May / Paul Mull ) and $40.00 for ( 2 ) shirts ...( 1 ) XL long sleeve and ( 1 ) XL short sleeve when the mail arrives with the $18.00 I'm sending in the morning....Hate to be a PITA but I need to know that this is squared away....Thanks Joe

speaking of Cheaha....i'll be up there ALL weekend...THIS weekend...doing the preride. Sherry and I have a cabin...anyone wanting to join us either UP TOP OR ON THE PRE-RIDE...you are more than welcome. We'll be in cabin number 10 starting friday evening............March 26....and leaving Sunday...the 28th.


the group pre-ride will start about 10-1015 from the country store up top Saturday the 27th......

we have some honored guests coming up now. the Green Knights are coming up....and will be represented at the event. that's the National Military Motorycle Club. We have a local Chapter at Maxwell AFB. i just filled one of the 'big party rooms' at the lodge with them!

you guys are really confusin' me now  

really, it is confusing though. i get checks from folks who have NOT registered. people sending checks...then canceling. Folks ordering shirts via email and such...but not sending money. i've got lists on top of lists on top of lists

but it will all work out UP top! Speaking of up top, we're headin' up there Friday for the pre-ride and to lock down lunch site for group ride (and the lunch menu, etc.). Santa, Stormrider, BamaJack and Peek, Sherry and I going.........Sherry and i spending the nights up top. we'll have a campfire each night at our cabin. We're hoping to hear 'the sirens'....so we can have the "full Cheaha experience"  

SPEAKING OF CABINS, THERE ARE STILL A FEW LEFT FOR THE WEEKEND OF THE EVENT... if someone still needs a room (1-800-8462654)
