I know this case, and the story is true.  Undecided
Only because of a judge who does not like motorcycles.
This has never happened befor and will never happen again.
The case has been appealed and will be resumed. The result will guaranteed be gail and a fine to the driver. That`s what is normal here.

when I first read it I thought the bike was splitting lanes but he was in a line of cars

Bravo for the attorney general to appeal and I hope there is a movement to remove the 2 judges from the bench for unfitness of character

I should imagine it is ok to run down a judge at night if he is wearing a black robe now
