That was very beautiful....very talented young lady....but that doesnt sound like taps to me and I spent 23 years in the military

In a different (similar) post SugarBear commented that he posted the video a while back and got chewed out for it not being Taps.
Probably correct. I have no way to verify.
I posted because it touched me- as I said in the other post, I've heard "taps" too many times at funerals, my Dad's and a lot of other vets.
It just gave me a moment to think about those who served this country so well.
Glad you agree it was beautiful.

I am always touched by whoever played 'Taps' in the movie "From Here To Eternity" A very good movie that came out in 1955, i think.
The commander and his wife of our local chapter of the KWVA always sang the words at our local schools tributes on Veterans Day. The words are just as moving as the melody.
