The temps was in the lower 30's when we rolled out this morning however it got sweet as the day went on with temps in the mid 60's.We did right at 400 miles today with a round trip ride to The Snake. You gotta buy a sticker or t-shirt  Cheesy  Fact is the t-shirt selection at The Shady Valley Country Store is lacking greatly so it was sticker time  Cool

We rode out The Snake and made our way into Mountain City , Tennessee for a bbq lunch at Mikes.

Dragon Smagon says one of my Tee- Shirts.

Mike's BBQ was as usual Great.

The lakes surronnding this ride were actually breath taking with all the sun today.

The streams and creeks were even clear and beautiful.

Joe is good with a Camera.

Catches the essence of the ride with a few photos.

Covered bridge was cool to look at.

People there were friendly.

Actually had a Old Round ABout in the middle of town at the monument for veterans of all wars in

Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Forgot the power of the Old Girl and How she can make you smile. the Valk that is.

I like this one better than the last one.

Good Friends, Great Motorcycles, and good food.

It don't get no better than that.

Nice looking bike.  I think I saw that bike listed on Craigslist right after it was posted and thinking that it was going to be a hell of a deal if it was in good shape.  I can see why you guys call him Big Al....the Valkyrie doesn't look like such a big bike when he is sitting on it!

Al was going to let Wimp ride his Interstate yesterday but we never got around to it.( Mine has a car tire and knowing Paul I'm sure he would never mount a car tire on a motorcycle ). If I can get him on a Valk I'll have all the folk's I ride with the most on the best cruiser ever made.

Get Better, GOO-GOO MCGOO.

Yes Normandog you can ride my Ole Blue Harley anytime you want man.

If you do, bring a strong left leg and good left hand for all the shifting you will do in the mountains.

Wimp or Nasty 9 is now a shoe in for the Mighty Valkyrie.

I hope, but he'll have a hard time getting this interstate from me, I likes it.

It's what I wanted in the first place was the interstate, I make that bike look good.

Big Al

Nice pics !! Good to see those Valks out making the rounds. Shoot, we still have frozen lakes here but have managed to put on a little over 400 miles this year which is nothing compared to what you folks are putting on. Snow free March so far .... unheard of in Minnesota.
