For you guys who are runnin a dan-marc, Did you splice both wires off the valve to both wires on the coil? Maybe some of you picked up a chassie ground of the bike somewhere. I have mine in already, just compareing instalation.

I ran the ground to one of the screws on the braces between the carbs. Hot to the coil.

Which wire? The black/white common to all three coils or the other one?

It was NOT the common one. Just pull a wire off, turn on the key, to "on", and see if the wire is hot. If so, use it. Splice in.

I tied mine into the 'supply side' (+) black/white wire on one of the coils and the 'ground side' (-) to one of the coil
mounting
bolts. Don't tie into the yellow (w/red, white or blue stripe) coil wire, it's the 'fire' signal from the ECM.

Thanks tlanz!! I already did a search and discovered it for myself. In one of the threads on this from last year there was a link to Chet's schematics on the Rattlebars website. Chet marked the black/white wires as positve so that is what I tapped. Thanks again.
