This is a set of risers with a one piece clamp. Are the Valk holes the same distance as the VTX, both across and up/down?

The top clamp pieces are the same. A VT1100 Shadow and VTX 1300 clamps are all interchangeable. Mine came off a 1300. No need to change the whole riser or the bolts.

I'm running VTX risers on my I/S using the stock  valk clamp.

What model VTX risers are you using?   I had a set of Rivco 4 inch risers on my VTX that I took and put on my Valk (used Valk top clamp tho).  I also put a set of 1800C Risers on my 1800R.... more than 4 inches of lift/pullback.  Stock R Risers are lower than the Valk Risers.

My risers are off a 2002 VTX1800C. The stock valk handlebar clamp will work but does not cover the top of the risers quite all the way. I have an XM radio mounted to the top clamp so the difference is not noticable.
