Clear lens

I've already installed the clear turn signal lenses on my 2K IS. I really want to clean up the back by getting some clear lenses on the trunk too. Has anyone bothered to look for any and/or used a substitute and done some cutting and pasting? I love the look of the clear but with the red on the trunk it looks a bit silly.
