just had a  friend adjust valves and carbs on my baby 2000 black interstate with 37000 miles on it. friend lives far away. shortly after the adjustments, i noticed a clicking coming from under valve cover which is more pronounced after warming up...  friend will be back in few weeks. will i damage bike by riding it  crazy2

Well in my opinion and we know how those are it is better for the valve to make noise than not make noise !  Just saying it is better to have a loose valve than it being to tight!
