I'm looking for a smaller, better looking brake light for an I/S Supervalk.  It would probably would be mounted on the plastic blankout plate that interstates have on rear fender.

Anyone with any good ideas?

Look at some of the Tomb stone lights.
They should be small enough to  fit there.
Also look at a Harley custom book.

Terry, how about some of the chrome trim for the stock tailight and a Radianz LED light board. The light is made to fit the fender hole and the LED board is made to fit the light and it's BRIGHT. The chrome trim is just to change the look a bit. If you watch Ebay you can find the Radianz LED boards for a lot less than the 130. (approx) retail.
let us know what you find.

You might check these guys out: http://www.shiny-hiney.com/ledt.html (no affiliation). I bought a pair of their tear drop LEDs for my leather-lyke bags. Excellent quality and really nice folks to deal with.

Why not just get a stock tail light from a Standard or Tourer and put it in place of the blank plastic plate? It will look like it belongs there... because it does.   I did it and my tail light also has an LED panel inside.... VERY BRIGHT.
