joe,

i wouldn't want him to get the needle, i'd like to see him sent back to mexico and spend the rest of his life in one of their prisons!!  no AC, bad food, and roaches everywhere!  now thats the way a prison should be.

Once he is convicted, we, the VRCC, should offer to dish out the punishment  tickedoff

You will never be completely the same.

It'll get better... but it'll never go away.

That whole scenario was a real tragedy.

I feel for everyone who was affected.

Not only that, but when they pulled him over to arrest him, he was high on Meth again.

So, even killing a bunch of ppl didn't keep him from driving high over and over again.

He should be charged with 1st degree murder... manslaughter my a$$!!

For those that mentioned sending him back to Mexico: He's a white anglo American. Here's another TV station story.

Couldn't agree with you more on this one Joe.

Reading and hearing all of the details I couldn't help but wonder if maybe these riders passed his truck earlier and he decided to get even.  This looks like a deliberate act in which case it's cold blooded murder and should be treated as such.

On a different note, I had a friend I met while I had my VTX.  His daughter was hit head on along an Interstate highway in South Carolina just north of Savannah Georgia.  She was slammed by a woman driving drunk in the wrong direction.  My friends daughter was in the hospital for months with numerous surgeries and faces a life time of physical rehabilitation.

The punishment.....7 seven years in prison suspended to serve 90 days and a 5,000.00 fine.  Outrageous!  My friend's daughter will have spent more time in a hospital bed than this woman will in jail.

An eye for an eye is not the answer.

The Slogan I like is , hit a bike go to jail.

Kill a biker go to jail longer.

After a while it might just change attitudes towards hitting bikers.

Should in his case on Meth, total disreguard for himeself and the society around him.

Death by needle would not be a unheard of punishment.

But life after this for him will never be the same.

He''ll pay and pay and never get over it is my solice.

God help those families left behind because it will never be the same for them either.

Big Al

Ok I vote we wring his silly neck,,,,,,,,,, I knew my temper would kick in sooner of later.

That would send a message as well.

Whats he doing working for the sanitation dept? Do they not do random drug tests? Somebody's head ought to roll as well as his.  I would be glad to pull the switch.

Unfortanenly this happens quite frequently in that line of work.  If it is not meth it is other things to keep them awake.  I really think that there needs to be more rules and regulations that people need to abide by when in that line of work.

Ride Safe Everyone.

A intoxicated man hit a school bus coming back from a High School function, burned twenty kids alive .

The man driving the Toyota Pickup had priors and recieved twenty to life.

I would look for similar punishment here as well.

Sad Sad Story.
