Beware of seller "BDHDAmerica @ yahoo".  I ordered a mustang backrest on March 26 and paid for it immediately through paypal. No  backrest to date and a bunch of excuses as to why I don't have it yet. Filed a dispute with paypal. Beware

If you used a credit card, you might want to file a dispute with them also. 
I had an issue with a seller in the classifieds and I disputed it Paypal, Paypal closed the dispute once the seller talked with them. 
Paypal then told me they cannot police all the merchants, only the ones on Ebay.
So, I disputed it with my credit card company and got my money back that way.
Paypal contacted me after that and want information related to the transaction.
I told them they were not interested when I disputed it with them, so I was not interested in providing any more information to them.
Bottom line don't count on Paypal to protect or help you.
