Source for I/S saddlebag wrap around rail system

I had a rail system that completely encompassed the hardbags on my 1100 Tourer. I've seen the same thing on some of the Valks on this board, is there a good souce of supply for those, for the Interstate?  Also the luggage rack for the trunk? I own a 2000 I/S.
Any help greatly appreciated.

The honda bag rails have been out of production for awhile now, but they have used ones from time to time.

The honda look alikes made in TX have been reported to be "off" a little on one side.  Jig not right.

They need to be cleaned up, they've been sitting in the bed of my truck the past couple of months. I removed them because they weren't compatible with my BBP hitch.  Due to the one piece construction, I am not willing to ship.  That's why I stated you need to come get them.  You can probably buy a new set cheaper than driving down here but if you're willing to come get them, let me know.  If not, let me know so I can get in touch with bradnw.
