Just spoke to Cindy, Joe's wife. He went into surgery at 9:30am, and was JUST NOW brought back to his room, about 9 hours later. Cindy said everything seems to have gone well, but they have to wait and see.

Joe is in a fair amount of discomfort, she is trying to get him settled. Knowing Joe, she has her hands full (LOL). I could hear him groaning in the background.

This is the first time I have spoken to Cindy and she sounds lovely, Joe is a lucky man foe sure, and HE has said so many times.

Joe, get well and heal up properly. Listen to what your doctors say, and take your time.

Hope to see you real soon.

I also Just talked to Dossie May.....And Joe was trying to talk in the back ground...Sounded like he had been in the Shine.(Drugs are good)  laugh And yes Joe is a lot of pain and discomfort and they will know how things went in a couple of days....For now it seems the surgery went well.
He had some problems breathing for a few hours after surgery and that's one of the reasons it all took so long.

Let's continue to keep Joe and Dossie(remeber she has to put uyp with him)in our thoughts and prayers.  angel angel angel angel angel angel angel

Always glad to hear good news.

Joe, thoughts, prayers for you and your wife, and condolenses for your wife for having to put up with you..

Now, get on the mend and be ready to do some riding in a few weeks, don't push it on the riding too soon however, you can do more harm than good.        coolsmiley tickedoff 2funny angel.

Sounds like the first news is good news....thank God.

Mark, what hospital is Joe in and what room number?  It's obviously too early for visitors but many of the hospitals have and email system that allows people to send patients their best wishes.  Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank,

Paul Evil

I can't find the post he put on the board before surgery in the hospital.  But Joe asked for us not to send cards................

Hang in there Joe.  More prayers on the way from Illinois.

Now the healing begins. Follow the Doc's orders and don't push to hard.
