Seems like it wouldn't be hard to "scan" in one of our plastic alternator covers and generate a big pile of
aluminum ones... they'd probably be like tin foil, though...

It wouldn't be hard at all but it would be expensive. We have 5 axis at my work and parts coming off of it are probably sold out about $500 an hour rate.
