I bought mine through amazon.com last January for $90.  They now show em for $249!!!
I did a google search and found one here
http://www.fixthisride.com/showproductdetail.jsp?prod_id=33495
For $96.  Don't know anything about this seller though.
Amazon does list a control switch replacement that looks slightly different here
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001YAI778/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_2?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B001I6MOOK&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0GMR352JRC4GKY7HDRYV

Also thanks to Mike and others for their help on my cruise install.

That keypad in the last link sure looks like the real thing to me.

I don't have any pictures of mine, but the buttons are shaped the same and in the same position.
