Once in a while the green lamp indicating neutral do not light.
Is there a switch somewhere which need oil/ grease ?

neutral switch.  Someone was able to clean up the connector and eliminate the problem.

The circuit grounds through the switch when it is closed.  To verify the switch you could have the ignition on, engine stopped, in and out of neutral until you get situation with bulb not lit when trans in neutral.  Turn ignition switch off, pull connector for neutral apart and check continuity to ground from the switch side of the connector.  See sheet 5 of this schematic for wiring and connector identification.
