I couldn't get mine out the first time I tried. After trying several methods finally I botched the whole thing up trying to drill it out.
I got another caliper, cheap, from Pinwall... he's got some front calipers now, $24.00.

The following suggestion is NOT from experience, just observation and speculation: Perhaps you can tap in the next size up hex key (I think the size for that pin is 5mm, so use a 5.5mm or 7/32", or try a T30 or T40 torx bit), and/or get a pair of vice grips on the pin and try working them together, adding Liquid Wrench for good measure.

Apparently the pin is hardened. I tried ez out and drilling and all I did was screw up the caliper. I ended up replacing it. Good luck.

You can get a set of 4-5 sizes at a good tool store....might have them at Sears. They will work when a regular extractor won't, they're stronger and less prone to snap. I paid $18 for a five piece set and it paid for itself the first time I used it on an Allen head. They're especially good for allen heads, might need to drill the center a bit more, but they're well worth the money. My kit will work on sizes from 3/16" up to 3/8"....the cover even tells me what size drill to use for the particular size extractor I want to use, and it also gives me the size extractor to use for the size bolt or screw. http://www.acetoolonline.com/Irwin-11118-Extractor-Cobalt-Drill-p/irw-11118.htm

I'm not shure but, if you take the caliper off and move the pad to one side can you not grab the pin with vise grips and turn.

GOOD NEWS got pin out of caliper! removed caliper and put in vise soaked with lube overnight. tried grapping pin with vise grips pin just broke this allowed pads tobe removed and out of the way. drilled 1/8 inch hole all the way through then 7/32. turned caliper over and drilling from hex head side drilled slowly with 1/4 inch don't go to far as pin is stepped and do not drill into caliper. used mac #5 screw remover and removed pin. it doesn't matter from what side you start drilling just make sure you drill in dead center of pin. and be patient. now still waiting for parts from dealer must of had to get from japan
