I posted a few weeks ago about a purchase I made from the VRCC classified section from  the seller "bdhdamerica@yahoo.com"  I paid through paypal but never got the item. I filed a dispute and after paypal investigated, I did get a refund through them.  This seller is still advertising in the VRCC classifieds so beware if you choose to deal with him.
