Friday night....you'll get ONE FREE TICKET ...in your registration packet (YOU DID REGISTER....DIDN'T YOU? TOO BAD IF YOU DIDN'T!). NO other tickets will be sold for the Friday night drawings. everyone gets ONE CHANCE...and ONLY ONE CHANCE...and...it's absolutely FREE if you registered......

Saturday night...we'll do the "chinese drawing thing". We'll set up bowls next to each of the prizes...and you put your ticket(s) in the bowl(s) of things you want to try and win!

Then, HANG ONTO ALL YOUR TICKETS...even tickets you may win things with...as we'll have a GRAND PRIZE...donated by Mike Terry of Valkyrie Bling. The Grand Prize is a matching radiator grill and lower engine guard...to be given away during the SECOND break during the DJ/Karaoke/contests. I'll take ALL the tickets from ALL the chinese drawing bowls...put ALL of them in a jar...and draw one lucky winner! So your tickets you bought (and the one FREE one we give you in your reigstration packet ...YOU DID REGISTER...DIDN'T YOU???)...will all go for BOTH the individual drawings...as well as the Grand Prize. DON'T THROW THE TICKETS OUT!!!!!!!

your registration packets will have a FREE Friday night ticket for the general drawing that night (put that ticket in the jar), a FREE Saturday night ticket for the chinese drawing and the Grand Prize drawing....and...a Meal ticket for the catered dinner Saturday night!

You'll miss everything if you aren't up top in the evenings. EVERYTHING...other than the group ride....occurs up top....after dark...during breaks with the band/DJ....and you HAVE to be there.........

I have so many pieces of chrome to give away....you can't shake a stick at it. Neck fillers....lower engine guards...from multiple vendors....radiator grills...a chrome tank cover piece...chrome clocks from clocks 4 bikes.....etc. But ya' gotta be there.

Each night the festivities...to include the meal on Saturday ....start just after dark. All prizes and 50/50 are given away LATER in the evening. All contests (limbo, Redneck hoola hoop, Ladies tattoo, Karaoke)...occur later in the evening.

anyway....must be there.........and that's why we always tell anyone thinking about staying down below....i personally wouldn't recommend it....at least, i wouldn't recommend riding down that mountain in the dark...in the fog (99% of the time, the mountain is "socked in" with fog during the night)...the curvy roads...critters jumping out....etc. But that's just me, i like to have a drink or two...


Speaking of drinks...i've got a good start on getting cases of beer...provided "on the house" for anyone needing a cold one.............thanks to our beer sponsor, Montgomery Honda......

Less than a week to go.  Tim I just finished the "other" door prize.....Since it wasnt mentioned Ill keep it a secret, but I'll tell you this.........Its Red and White to honor all of us who have the fastest and best color and the first year color chosen by Barbers....man would I love to see a Barbers museum official sticker on this thing.......hmmmmmm....So, Whoever gets this baby will know its history!   cooldude

and...i WILL be on my red and white Valk...instead of the Rune. I figured for this last "formal" Cheaha....i needed to go out with the real thing........the original red and white Valk....... cooldude

I had not read that this was the last Cheaha - bummer.  I always dug that ride.  Been cold and wet in the past but worth every mile.  Met and spent some time with some good folks up on top of that hill in the past.

I will not be able to make the last one and that is a real bummer.

No more Cheaha.....no more CBR......what a drag.  Like I said, those were some of the best ones - cause they were about the people.

Safe winds to all going up on top of the mount.  Enjoy.....and be sure to bitch slap the Trashman dude then - if we ain't coming back.

Plus, the chicks always dig anyone that goes to Cheaha to boot...... cooldude Grin cooldude

yes...AL....sorry i didn't answer that earlier. YOU CAN be a judge...you know the drill...come see me up top and remind be you be a "judgin".........

I'll need judges for:

Friday night...Redneck Hoola Hoop contest (3-5 judges)

Saturday night....Karaoke contest (3-5 judges)

Saturday night....Ladies Tattoo contest (3-5 judges....MALE JUDGES...that is!)

Limbo contest needs no judge....ya' either "got it"...or you don't! if the bar falls.............etc.........
