Seems like he may be a future organ donor, if they're not damaged too badly.

Witnessed a few like the video above, an aquantance in the wrong lane lookin at a lady bycyclist cute butt.
The Ford truck was eyeballing her ample breasts and both almost collided head on.
Witnessed it all after I quit lookin at the girls cute butt.
It was breath taking and heart stopping.
Would have been an explosion of body parts and blood at those speeds.
Thank Goodness it turned out well, but the motorcyclist had to stop for clean underwear.
Live and learn.

looks like he got into some gravel at 5 seconds into the clip and got out of his lean. and never got back in his lane. He had gravel in the next turn also. Thinking about where he had been not where he is going

Hey Captain , they can't fix or take medicine for being STUPID ..... I have dummies here in Texas pass me up with their crotch rockets doing all sorts of jackass stunts on the interstate in the fast lane thre and four at a time ..... and of course on the three sisters roads here in the hill country these guys do the same as the dummy in the clip ...

I don't think he's a complete idiot. Look closely. I don't believe he deliberately crossed the center line. It really looks like he had a problem due to sand or dirt on the roadway and his choices were limited. He probably didn't race back over mid curve because he couldn't be sure where bike #2 was. It's somewhat obvious bike 2 backed off. JMO My motto: If your going to play it's always best to pre-ride your run. It could save your life. If don't or can't pre-ride it. Then drop it down a bit and be extra observant.

Good heads up move by the cage driver.
(Intentional choice of words on my part given the position of the rider's vision delivery unit immediately prior to the near encounter.)

Yes Willow, My conclusion also. It wasn't his time to meet his maker.
Of course the car driver may have just stopped "texting" prior to that curve also, thus giving more attention to the road ahead.

or does he seem very happy at the end for someone that just made a 35 mph run on a 45 mph road and still almost wiped out?
