Last night, in ten months, I doubled the miles on a (new to me) 10 year old Valk I/S. Had 13285 the end of June 2009 when I purchased it; turned 26570 last night.  cooldude

I agree. My last (first) Valk I/s I purchased new in 99, rode 107,000 miles before a deer took it out, and it was still going strong. I fully expected another 100k easily. So I have to start over now with this one.
