Tucuncari is comming up soon, http://www.angelfire.com/crazy/vrcc_rbbqtbg/  . Some fine folks are already signed up. So far we have Louisiana, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Arizona, and Oklahoma folks  oh and flying monkeys but im not sure where they critters are from. Maybe the monkeys originate in Tucumcari , ive never seen them at any other rides i been on.  Hope to see everyone there...   Kendall

Chuck told me last year that he would not be there this year. I thought for sure Steve and Sid would show.

Kendall & Des,

Dangitall anyhow... I made the first Tucum-Q, but conflicts with family stuff have prevented me from making any more... And, this year will be the same. My favorite aunt is having her 80th b'day party that weekend, and I've just got to be there... Maybe next year I can slip over there... sure would be good to hang out with y'all again and do some riding too...

We are heading to southern Utah for a couple of weeks in mid May.  Looks like we might be coming back towards Florida about that time frame.
Anyone know anything about the Cactus RV park next to the Blue Swallow?  If we do come by we will need a place to park the 5th wheel and hook up.

Hey Thunderbolt,
I called the rv park and they said they would have to talk to you about a space or you can get on their website at catusrv.com.  You probably have already done that.  Anyway it's probably a few blocks east of the Blue Swallow and that's where Bill parks his rv.  It used to be a hotel several years ago and they just closed it and made a rv park.  Looking forward to you guys being there.

Be safe,
Bandit

Thunderbolt. Bill will let you park your rv right at the Blue Swallow. You wouldn't be the first one to do it. Bring it on.

Well, I do not know about the rest of y'all;

But I am ready for some warm climate for awhile.

This 30ish deg weather with 30mph wind sux.  Sad

Wunderground says it is going to be 86 in Tucumcari  tomorrow.  cooldude

I am gonna look like an albino lizzard in the sun.

Better bring the sunscreen I guess.

I wanna see my buddy, Bandit, again.  Plus a lot of other fantastic folks from all over half the breadth of this beautiful country.  (Texas covers a third of it, the rest is just gravy).
