I know its probably been answered, i have searched and have had no luck,  and the service manual does not clarify this for me.  Where exactly are the pilot screws located.

Sorry. I looked at my Valk, and the carbs are very different from my GL1100. On that, the Pilot Screws are visible on the bottom of the carbs. I can't even SEE the carbs on the Valk.

They are indeed on the bottom of the carbs. A mirror will help to see them.
