and got a spare.

Picked up a 99 IS with 47K with trailer.  It has a ding on the fender from a garage accident, but is otherwise in fair shape.  Needs a little elbow grease to get her looking good.  Don't want to to get her lookin' too good or Cheniqua will get jealous.  She's already pissed 'cause she has to share her garage.

AS you can see I need a chrome fender accent, mine got cracked when the front fender was dented.  If anyone has any shoot me a PM.

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

I'm gonna try to pound it out and fill it, but the accent is cracked, I could probably epoxy it, but what I'm looking for is someone who got rear ended and has the front fender.  It's no big deal, I have my pristine bike, and now my spare.  Looking forward to wearing them both out!

That is a very nice rig!

You know, once you get the fender and cracked trim piece off and repair/repaint the fender, it doesn't really need another trim piece;  the chrome guard (and blue pinstripe) is sufficient.  JMHO

You may have a point there, I never thought of leaving it off.  It's something to consider.  Thanks!

+1  cooldude

My Bumble Bee had a rusty one of those on it when I bought it. I looked at getting it re-chromed but the price was stupid so I just left it off. I prefer the look without it but is is personal. Don't forget when you are filling the dent to fill the front mounting hole for the trim  Wink before you re-paint the fender.
