We are in the house. Was great seeing old friends, making many new ones at Cheaha. The band was killer. The ride Saturday was fun. The meal Saturday night, well Motomama came through with one of her best we've had and the cake, wow. Lots of fun with the games/contests. Will post a few pics later.

Freedom will ultimately cost more than we care to pay but will be worth every drop of blood to those who follow and cherrish it.

The band was killer.

They were doing like Stones and Aerosmith and songs like that... the singer wasn't just yelling,
he could really sing those songs... that was a good band all around...

I've known the band...especially the singer...for quite a few years now. He is 62 years old! you wouldn't know it to see him...or hear him. Every year, i keep wondering how long he can keep doing that...especially those songs like AC/DC....Aerosmith....etc....those types of songs....i would think are very demanding on the old vocal chords. yet he just keeps belting it out. when they typically play....about once a week...they typically play for TWO HOURS...then take one 15 minute break...then play ANOTHER TWO HOURS. how the singer...and the drummer...do that, amazes me....

oh, how about that lead guitar player????  Awesome.......... cooldude

i flat wore myself out dancing just about non-stop  Grin Cheesy
