electric valve vs ? inline filter (?) numbers? pingel (but what about the folks that say #6 cylinder vac line has nowhere to go then? so much discussion and viewpoints. i just want an easy sure fix.
does it make sense for me to remove diassemble, rebuid teh carb, when the stealer has to sync and balance them at the end?

Pingel. Set it and forget it! Most rebuild the oem more then once, for some reason.
For that price you can have a worry free valve. The vac line will just be capped on the intake.

You can cap all the vacuum barbs on all the intake runners.
Make your own caps with the hose you will remove when de-smogging.
You will need those vacuum barbs when performing a synchronization.
