I'm looking to mount one of these on one of our Tourers and have a question for those members who have them:

How do they mount on a Valkyrie?

Is the setup similar to the I/S trunk (with accompanying brackets), or do they attach to the sissybar mounting plates on a set of risers? Or is another mounting scheme used?

I e-mailed Champion last week and haven't heard anything back from them yet.

I'd give them a call...  I've had my Champion bags for quite some time, but when I was installing them, I called with a few questions.  They were very willing to help/talk.

Give it a shot, they should be able to answer your question.

I also have Champion saddlebags, the quality is great but you pay for them. I concidered the trunk myself I figured if I was going to spend alot of money on a trunk I should get fiberglass rather then plastic. They don't show or talk much about the trunk, from the pics.they seem to point to using stock luggage rack. I would like to have a mount that slides so you can use it for a passenger or slide forward and use it as a backrest like the HD's do.
