handle bar adjustment

ok newbee here just got my gril out for my first ride and i am hooked. but need to know how to adjust the bars are their caps over bolts or what dont want to wreck them if they are how do they come off thanks

There are chrome caps in the ends of the 4 bolts.  Use a small knife to pop them out.  The bolts have an Allen head.  I would put a heavy towel on the gas tank just in case.  Sit on the bike, loosen the bolts just enough to move the bars and then close your eyes and move them where they feel the most comfortable.  That should be where you want them to be.
