We now get to vote on spending cuts that the GOP will present to congress each week for approval.  The GOP will present the most popular spending cut of the people EACH WEEK, so go to "youcut" and cast your vote for your favorite spending cut and do the same each week.  Most will probably not get passed, but at least we will get a better idea as to where each candidate and each party stands on the issue of spending cuts before the November elections.  I'll be riding the Valk to work this morning, smiling all the way...JTL

We should be voting on what to KEEP.  Our spending is SO out of whack... we need wholesale changes.

I'd like the Fed to shrink to about 25% of it's current scope, and pass off much of the burden to the states.  And let the states pass a lot of their current burden to smaller units.

If I was in charge... the US would be a GREAT place to live, as long as you are not a slacker...

I just went to the link Gunslinger posted... I like it.  Only problem is it wouldn't let me vote for ALL OF THE ABOVE!!      It's like picking which cockroach to spray first with Raid!!

But it's a start.... the first step to turning things around is getting EVERYONE to admit congress has a spending problem...

I do like my 2 or 3 24 hr shifts per week. Makes it easier to take advantage of good weather.
