I bought a new helmet, so I wanted to buy a J&M headset made for that helmet. Searched Evilbay and found several of the type I need. One seller (VailMotors) which I had not seen before had one at a price about 30% lower than retail.
They also had the "Make Offer" button available, so I made an offer that was about 12% lower than their Buy It Now price.
They declined my offer, but told me to call them.
I did, and the rest is history as they say.
