Yes,
Less psi = larger contact patch.
Higher psi = greater stability at high speeds (relative to psi), and still greater contact patch than a MC tire.
I will say that this is the best video showing the contact patch that I have seen, and I know I have not seen them all. In agressive cornering, my rear tire is glued to the pavement. I run 38psi.
The only neg for me is a little slower countersteer response. Otherwise, I love my Good Year TT.
