went to the site on Friday afternoon. Placed an order for an Avon Cobra front. Retail about $228? My local shop says $185 + tax. Jake Wilson price was $147.99. Well, if the order is over $150. you enter the code cc20 and get $20 off. Plus Avon has a rebate going for $25. per tire. Well, to get the order up to $150 I ordered a pair of p-clamps for some lights mounted on the engine gaurd. The way I figured it, the clamps were $37.98. Total order was $185.97 - $20, -$25 gift card, - $37.98 = $102.99 for a $200+ tire. Thanks for the link. Also, I placed the order at 4:44. At 4:50 I get a call from customer service. One of the p-clamps is back ordered. She asks if I want the to go ahead and ship the one p-clamp and the tire or wait for the other to come in. I ask if they can ship the tire and wait for the other clamp to ship both together. Of course she says. I check this morning. The tracking # shows it was shipped Friday afternoon, and UPS had it on the way this morning.
Awesome is all I can say. Customer service like this is rare these days.
