As of today we have two King Suites left in the full event block.  We have twenty rooms left in the additional wing.  When these rooms are gone we'll have to begin putting people in the other two Shanty Creek villages.

Obviously, we'll not react quickly enough to change the registration page the moment the last room is requested.  We'll try to communicate by email to let you know if you didn't make the cut.   Smiley  Be certain to give us a good email address.

I am booked for evenings of July 14-17 inclusive. Could I book the evening of July 13? Should I call them directly?  I am seriously thinking arrriving the Tuesday evening

Do not call them directly as I am handling the reservations for the hotel.  If you could send me an email, I will take care of it.  I am out of town right now, but will be home Sunday night.
