Started my rebuild on the final drive on '99 Valk.  But before I go to mother Honda for bearings and seals is there a better ( translates to less expensive ) place to purchase needed items?  Any thots appreaciated!!!!

You might check ebay for a used one.  My buddy replaced his with one that looked like new for around $200.  I think he got it from Pinwall.  Not sure what your parts will cost to rebuild it, but when you subtract cost of parts and divide by hours, you find out what your time is worth...

There isn't but one seal that you need to replace and the bearings should be good also and not need replacing!

When I was having trouble with mine and thought I was going to replace all bearings and seals the cost of the parts was $180-190 through HDL (I think) or one of the on line suppliers.  This did not include the gears which what I understand are built like tanks, and they did look good.

I ended up buying one off a member that triked his bike. Paid $225 for it and it was a polished unit.
