Our State Corporation commisioner sent a letter to Los Angeles' mayor. He asked if LA was going to boycott entirely. LA gets 25% of their electric power from plants in AZ. Our Corp Comm wants to renegotiate the contracts for LA and has asked for LA to boycott everything from AZ. Not just city contracts. Boy have we stirred up the pot. I love it.
