I called Joe just as he was arriving at home. My good friend is in a lot of pain!!! He is having a hard time breathing and it causes him more pain and shortness of breath to talk.
The request is that we NOT CALL to talk with him for now....You can email him and when he feels up to sitting at the computer he will reply.
Joe says Thanks to all for the thoughts and prayers...Let's continue to do so as Joe is a long way from being healed!!!
It looks like he will be going to another Doctor tomorrow for a second look/opinion.

Thanks from The Detn8er as well...... cooldude

I knew it was too soon, but it was sounding like he wasn't getting the proper attention where he was at...I certainly hope he can find someone this time who can get him on the path to recovery....

He has more road ahead of him and we intend to be alongside him all the way.

Thank you, Detn8r.

Joe is still and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

That is the only reason I turned on my computer tonight.  Wink

From what I have read (and inferred) I am not sure him being home is as good of news as I'd hoped.  Undecided

Anyway, Joe take it easy my friend and find ya a new Doc if that's what it takes to heal right.

There's plenty of time for riding once you get healthy again.  cooldude

Thanks for the update, Mark.  Tell your buddy to lay off the booze and the butts for a while and let himself get well.

Nuff said cooldude

Hey Joe, you best do what you're told. I expect to see you at Cheaha, any sooner may be pushing it but if the pill pushers say you can ride I'll see ya before then.

Remind me to return the 'love' when I see ya at Cheaha...

Good news... Take it easy Joe... Those lungs are delicate and they take a while to heal. Here's wishing you only the best! I'm sure Cindy will keep the claw on you until you are better. You mind what she tells you (for once) and don't over do it for a little while. You will be glad you did later on, just don't let on like it.  coolsmiley

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.
