Livin' the Valk, er, F6B life in Central Florida.

Silver Springs, Florida

« on: May 21, 2010, 07:16:09 AM »

Kim & I took a little mini vacation to St. Augustine on the Valks.
Just a 77 mile ride to the northeast through the Ocala National Forest & we were there. First time staying at a Bed & Breakfast for us.
Only 3 blocks from the Historic District.

Didn't get many miles in as we mostly walked or took the trolley to see the sights. One of the reasons we picked this B&B over others was a nice safe place to park the Valks. Parking is always an issue in these historic districts.
Right outside our porch, not out on the street!

We did ride around a bit on a couple of the days.
Castillo de San Marcos aka "The Old Fort".

Had a great time, we even stopped by the local Honda shop & saw a nice red & black Interstate for sale.
It's nice living in Florida! cooldude
