Hmmmm, the summer off. Might have to become a school bus driver. Nah, I'd end up in jail for giving some smart ass kid what his parents should have given him.  I hope you have a good summer Paul and get in many thousand miles of riding.  cooldude

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

I'd had the same thought but I found 99.9% of the kids are OK. I let them know from the get go that no nonsense was to be tolerated. I also treated each of them the same. Made request with a "Please" and a "Thank you".

After about 6 weeks all was good. Only had to write up 2 high schoolers and that was for fairly trivial stuff - more them trying to assert themselves. Once they realised that they had pushed a tad too much and got written up they calmed down.

Greeteed everyone with "Good morning & Have a good evening" and eventually just wore the little buggers down with politeness. By the end of school most greeted me with "Good morning". Of course there are a few who are too cool to be polite but little did they know that every time they ignored my greeting it just made them look dumb to all the others.

Friday was pretty cool. I got quite a few presents and thank you notes from parents and the kids even told me I was a pretty cool bus driver. Made it all worthwhile.  cooldude

Bus drivers and teachers get more excited about summer than the kids.

Cooper is on tour with Rob Zombie, but I missed it back home, because I was already heading North. Sad

Now quit fooling around and buy the Damn School Bus Company.

Your in on the ground Floor.

you know the ropes.

Now fill out those darn forms buy it and live the American Dream of getting Ulcers in your stoumach

and stints in your heart or worse.

I am a boss and have helped Dad run a Business or two , really it's not so bad ,,,,LOL.

The best I can hope for is to die in my sleep.

I guess the not riding thing is really not affecting me, affecting me, affecting me.

only 5 and 1/2 more months to go.

Before I can ride again. On blood thinners and they say itwould be a real mess(BLEEDING AND ALL)

ALready waxed all four three times and changed the oil, tires, and bought some bling.
