I just spoke with the Oak Tree Inn this morning.
 
THEY STILL HAVE 3 ROOMS AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!
YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET THESE ROOMS!!!!!!!!! 712-642-3000
MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU ARE WITH THE IOWA RIDE IN!!!!!

You CANNOT reserve rooms from the Iowa Ride In block online. We had them set aside a block of rooms for us at a special rate so if you go online those rooms will NOT show up. Online it shows the motel is full for that weekend. As of 9:30 central time there are still 3 rooms available. When those 3 rooms are gone then we will resort to the other 2 motels as backup:
