Two of those on one crankshaft,45 degrees apart and a few ounces off balance from each other should be very pleasing for the Harley crowd to ride !   2funny

Kinda like the Continental in my TE20.... was putting new plugs and wires in it yesterday, made up #1, tested it for spark and put it in , made up #3 cranked it over to make sure I had spark with the new wire and it fired up on one cylinder with the other 3 plugs all out... lots of huffing and puffing going on... of course I had the #3 plug in my hand by then and was trying to find the key switch to kill it and getting a spark shock every time #3 fired..... heart should be good for at least a month now.....

That is open to discussion... Ford built the 9N and later the 2N using Ferguson's patented  hydraulic system with Ford engine and drive axle.  Henry Ford and Harry Ferguson had a falling out in the mid 40's that I think was because Ford didn't follow through on a commitment to build a factory to produce tractors in the UK.

Ferguson got the Standard Motor co. to build tractors starting in 1946 (??) in Coventry England.  The first model was the TE20 (Tractor England 20).  It used a Continental Engine, Lucas electrics (later models had Delco) and Standard frame and drive.  In '49 they switched over to a Standard engine that was the same as many used in Standard Autos TEA20. They also made diesel and various other fuel options.

Here is a link to some info...Ferguson TE20 .... Ford N
