Iris and I took the truck to Mesa Verde Nat. Park today.  They are repaving,grinding,etc. the road to the top, so we decided not to take the bike. 
We are staying in Mancos Co. for a couple of nights, then on to Tucumcari tomorrow.

Great place!  I went in the summer with the hordes one year and, another year, I went in early April and only saw two other cars on the mesa.  A must see for visitors to Colorado.
